How to Order

Ordering your custom sign is easy! Just contact us with a bit of information to get started. Don’t worry if you’re unsure — we’ll guide you through the design and make suggestions along the way. Looking through the samples on our website is a great place to start.

Here are a few things to think about:

• Size – how big should your sign be?

• Text – what would you like it to say?

• Indoor or Outdoor – we’ll finish it accordingly

• One-Sided or Double-Sided – depending on your display location

• Graphics or Logos – do you want icons, images or a custom crest?

• Location – helps us determine delivery or shipping options

What Happens Next

1. **Design Mock-Up
   **Our design team will create a computer mock-up of your sign so you can see exactly what it will look like. We’ll work with you to edit and refine the design until it’s just right. At this stage, we’ll also provide pricing and an estimated timeline (usually 3–4 weeks).

2. **Crafting Your Sign
   **Once approved, we begin crafting your sign. The cedar boards are glued up, prepared, and sandblasted to create natural raised grain and dimensional lettering. Your design is then stained, painted and finished based on your design plan.

3. **Completion & Delivery
   **When your sign is complete, we’ll email a photo along with your invoice. Payment can be made by e-transfer. Then it’s shipped or prepared for pickup/local delivery.
