Refunds
We do not offer refunds at this time as each item is completely handmade as well as customized to the customer's preferences. As the products are developed specifically to the customization of the client and we do not hold stock, refunds are not offered at this time.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
